Exercising for health became a part of my life at a very young age. I began lifting weights at 11 years old and was instantly hooked. Years later in high school while I was figuring out what I wanted to study in college, I realized that my passion that I wanted to pursue long term was exercise and movement. While attending the University of Delaware to earn my B.S. in Exercise Science, working out was a staple activity throughout the week for my friends and I. As I progressed through my degree, I began working as a tech in several physical therapy clinics. I became a certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine during my senior year, and have been training clients ever since. My clientele has consisted of knee replacement patients, pregnant mothers, high school athletes and so much in between. Currently I am working on my clinical doctorate of Physical Therapy at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
