About

Nate Sirkis, PT, DPT, CSCS

Exercising for health became a part of my life at a very young age. I began lifting weights at 11 years old and was instantly hooked. Years later in high school while I was figuring out what I wanted to study in college, I realized that my passion that I wanted to pursue long term was exercise and movement. While attending the University of Delaware to earn my B.S. in Exercise Science, working out was a staple activity throughout the week for my friends and I. As I progressed through my degree, I began working as a tech in several physical therapy clinics. I became a certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine during my senior year, and have been training clients ever since. I received my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Nova Southeastern in 2023 and now practice physical therapy in Sarasota, FL.
